Add a disclaimer at the bottom of a form?

I need to add a small disclaimer at the bottom of each landing page we have. They are all using a common form and I was wondering if there was a way to add the disclaimer into the form so it automatically applies to all the landing pages or do i need to go and edit each of the 134 landing pages that exist??

If they are all using the same landing page template, you could put it in the template I suppose.
