Adbridge into Facebook

Hello, Marketo newbie here. I would like to use the Adbridge to send a targeted list into Facebook.  List upload complete, but I can't seem to find my list. I've noticed a few questions on this. Wondering if it's been resolved. Your advice one way or the other would be helpful, as otherwise we'll go down the traditional route.

Did you check the notifications in marketing activities to confirm that the list went through and also was the size more than a few hundred people i.e. not too small?

Same here, can't get it to work. Doesn't update existing lists nor create new lists. Did you ever end up figuring this out?
