Adbridge - Can we target known leads on other social platforms?

Hi folks,

I've got a question pertaining to Adbridge.

If we send out emails to 10k known clients as identified by their Marketo email addresses, is it possible to also target these people on display advertising through Google Display Network, Facebook, or any other platform?  We want to see if the ads combined with an email outreach program results in more conversions than email alone.
