Ad Bridge Not Sending Leads to Facebook

Hey Marketo Community,

I am really excited about using Ad Bridge to import marketo lists directly into facebook custom audiences.

However, when i am sending the list via Ad Bridge, the new custom audience is being created in facebook, but isn't passing through any email addresses. (says the custom audience is less than 20 people) but when I export the list from marketo and upload it in facebook, it works.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas to troubleshoot?

Ryan Mohoric​, lucky you, getting to play with the new features already .

I presume your audience actually is greater than 20 people? I read somewhere that is a restriction for Facebook custom audiences.

If that's the case it sounds a bit like an issue to file a support case about.

@Justin Norris​ I am pretty excited about it! Sadly my audience was 7,000. I put a support ticket in about a week ago and haven't heard back so I thought i would try the community.

I'd try again.. They weren't working for me last week. But I tried some again now and they seem to match *some* of the audience.

Anyone know if these audiences auto-update??

I am curious as well, do the custom audience update if the associated smart list in Marketo grew?

Agnes Oetama​ you need to manually push them into Facebook. We do it weekly.

Hi - we have experience this same issue with a large list. Did you ever get to the bottom of this?
