Active Triggered Campaign in Archive folder

Hello,

I was wondering if keeping Active Triggered Campaigns in the Archive folder requires deactivating them to enhance system performance, or if their presence there doesn't impact performance.

Also, if deactivation is needed, is it manual as support said they cannot do bulk deactivation.

Thank you

Yes, active archived trigger campaign will impact your system performance as archiving does not automatically disable the campaign & if any one qualifies for the SL of archived campaign the trigger will run.

You can check Campaign Inspector for all your active campaigns in archived folder & to bulk deactivate you will have to use the API end point.

Hope this helps 🙂

Hi @ishita_chawra ,

You can use the feature of "Disable Smart Campaign on Archive".

You will have to enable this from Treasure chest so you will not have to deactivate individually.

For more details read through this. https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/disable-smart-campaign-on-archive-quot-feature-in-marketo/td-p/354877

Hope this Helps 🙂

Thank you @uditmathur we have it active for future archives.

But I'm trying to resolve the old archived trigger campaigns that are still active. Does that impact the system performance?
