Active smart campaign - Delete

Any impact of we delete a smart campaign within a program if the email is send out wrongly ?

If the email is wrong and it is sending out now, I'd Abort the campaign: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LBtPCAW

Deleted Smart Campaigns will continue to send the email. If the email is already sent out, and you just want to delete the Campaign because you don't need it anymore, that would be fine.
