Accounts with Active Opportunity - How to remove from Engagement Program?

Wondering if there is a filter to remove all contacts under an account that has an active opportunity - whether or not the contact is associated with the opportunity? i.e. Open opportunity with Microsoft, only Joe is associated with the opportunity but I don't want Sally or anyone else at Microsoft to receive my Nurture emails?

It seems like the "has opportunity" filter will only pull those that are associated with the opportunity at the contact level.

You are correct about the Has Opportunity filter. You can certain try to manipulate the smart list to look for anyone at a certain company and anyone with an Opp.

If you have the Account Object opened and synced (not default behavior), you may be able to do this.
