Access to the Email Program: Use "Subject Line" A/B Testing page

I did a search on 'Subject line a/b testing' and the first return was to look at the 'Email Program: Use "Subject Line" A/B Testing page' but when I click it I get a - An Error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later - Does anyone have another way to access this page?

I'm getting the same error when I try that link.

As a side note about the A/B testing subject lines... there is going to be a new release (I think in Dec?) that will optimize this testing~!

The page will not be available until December.  We are working to get rid of it.
