Access Smart List Data After Campaign Run

We should be able to access the data we input in Smart Lists for programs and smart campaigns. Currently, once a smart campaign or program runs, it is difficult to view all data in a Smart List filter. For example, if I target 10 different states in a filter, I can only hover over the list of states. I could not copy the list without copying the entire program or Smart Campaign. 

It creates additional work to recreate an audience if we can't at least copy and paste the information. Cloning the program or smart campaign does not work for all use cases. In addition, using "member of program" does not provide accurate targeting in some cases. For example, if I want to emulate a campaign that happened 6 months ago, our database may have changed greatly since then. "Member of program" would not capture all contacts who would otherwise be eligible for the smart list in this case.
