ACCESS DENIED notification when embedding links

Hello Marketo,

Can anyone help me with this issue?!

I am embedding links to websites, which I can access fine via a search engine, typing the URL direcrlty into my browser and they even work once I have embedded them into a Marketo HTML and click on them in preview mode. The issue is, I keep getting the below access denied notification when I try the links that have been embedded in the test emails.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Thanks!

It may be what Erik suggested.  You can remove the parameters using the mktNoTok class on your link elements: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KyqCCAS

You did not provide the actual error message. Did you mean links work in landing pages but not in emails?

Maybe you just need to make sure you have the absolute path rather than the relative path.

Our links append URL parameters depending on how they are being clicked on, for tracking purposes. Some websites don't like those and I've seen issues due to that too.
