Ability to view just the ideas and discussions I've submitted

Liz asked me to repost this Idea that I originally submitted on 10/26/12 because it was merged with another Idea, but wasn't implemented with the other Idea.

I'd like to be able to quickly find the ideas and discussions that I've submitted to see their status and comments.  It would be great if there was a My Ideas and My Discussions option in the menu at the left of the page.
