Ability to view audience list only

In a large university with tiered staff responsibilities, we have the need for Marketo users to be able to see and understand things - like who the audience is made up of - without having broad write/create/delete abilities. This is true as a generalization across all our systems, and we usually have the ability to assign user roles the abilities to read/write/create/delete in a more granular way. Marketo has more of an all-or-nothing approach to system role permissions so it is challenging for us to give enough permission but not too much ... or give too much, and train and hope <fingers crossed!> users don't do something they aren't trained for nor are authorized to do.
