Ability to use "Has Account Opportunity" in segmentation

Hi all, not sure how many customers have activated the Has Account Opportunity feature in their instance. It allows you to see opportunities that the person is not linked to, but the associated company record is. Somehow it is possible to use this feature within smart lists without any problem, but it cannot be used in segmentations. I would love to see this enabled, allowing me to segment my lead database a lot more effectively.
