Ability to update lead manually or through launchpoint integrations

We have manual leads that are B2B contacts. The ability to add and update those leads with their timezone is critical for the engagement program they need to be added to. If I can't get them the content at a specific time in their timezone it's useless. Why can you not update a lead or provide this during upload or launchpoint imports?
