Ability to CC people on "Send Email" flow action
This has been brought up in discussions, but I couldn't find an idea to vote on so here it is. The "Send Alert" flow action already has this functionaility (To Other Emails:), I would like to be able to do the same thing on the "Send Email" flow so I can send messages to users and CC someone else, in this case their specific account manager. Our particular business reason is for an introductory email from the CEO to all new customers. Imagine it like this:
From: ceo@symform.com
To: <new customer>
CC: <account manager>Hi <new customer first name>,Thanks for joining our fast-growing community! I want to introduce you to your account manager, <account manager full name> who is copied on this email. <account manager first name> will be your primary point of contact and is happy to help with whatever you need.Etc, etc, etc
To: <new customer>
CC: <account manager>Hi <new customer first name>,Thanks for joining our fast-growing community! I want to introduce you to your account manager, <account manager full name> who is copied on this email. <account manager first name> will be your primary point of contact and is happy to help with whatever you need.Etc, etc, etc
This would make it easy for the user to reply all to the email and would actually help make the message seem more personal.
