Ability to activate triggered campaigns when cloning a program via API

It would be great to be able to activate triggered campaigns in a program that is being cloned via Marketo APIs. So if program A has a trigger campaign in it, is cloned and the new cloned one is program B; then it would be great to have the ability in the API call to say that program B should be created with the trigger campaign activated ("turned on").
