AB testing in an engagement stream

Is it possible to run an AB test on 2 subject lines in an engagement stream?

I have a nurture set up, and i'd like to test out 2 different subject lines for the first email in the stream.  Best practices for doing this?

This would be done by creating a Program Smart Campaign to run the test between different emails.  Then you would add that Program to the Stream - via Josh Hill from his website.

Correct, so you would do it using random sample.  We are working on true email AB Testing that will allow for subject line test, as well as others, and not using random sample.  This is due out in Q4 2013.
