AB Test Email - then sending the remainder the winner

Hi guys,

I want to set up an AB Test email where I send 2 emails both to a Random Sample in the flow and then send the remainder the winning email.

Can I do this all within 1 flow without having to manually determine the winner?

We have a new AB Split testing feature coming in our December release.This new feature will allow you to run a s variety of tests (subject line, from, date/time, whole email), specify the winning criteria, and have the system automatically send out the winning email.

First off, you need to split the group into two lists. One list will be the A/B test group and the second list will be the group that gets sent the winning email.

You would need to wait a day or 2 before sending out the email to the remainder of the list because it takes about a day to really see the winner. I would just set up two campaigns to get this done.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for your responses, I was hoping for the magic answer to show me how to automate sending the winning email out of the AB test.

It seems like this "automation" isn't a part of Marketo's email delivery yet....

Both are good suggestions.
