AB Test blocking my email resend?

I set up an AB test on subject line last week. I now want to resend the email this week, but it seems that the criteria to filter out "not opened" is not working. Is there a reason for a smart list to not work with a program that had AB Testing? Does anyone know how to work around this?

Hi Lindsay, if you were sending through an email program, it can be a little bit more challenging to find the correct email that was sent... You might try searching by your program name instead of the email name, since emails have to be local to the email program. It might end up being some strange variation of the original name, and you're currently filtering on an email that wasn't sent.

What about using the constraint of test variant? Choose the email and the test variant by adding the constraint in the top right of the filter/trigger. Would this help you accomplish the resend?
