AB Split-Can you update once sent?

I created an email campaign yesterday with a split. The test audience is 20% and I set the winner to be sent out at 5pm today. I would like to know if I can adjust the 5pm to earlier if the campaign has already started (the test was sent yesterday)?

From my previous experiences, you could not update once the first part of the test had sent. Not sure if any changes have been made since we no longer use email programs.
