When I try to go the email’s testing dashboard, I receive an error message below:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '_el') at n.value (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/common.07cca14cbfd578356713.js:1:770412) at n.value (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/common.07cca14cbfd578356713.js:1:767534) at vs (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:5907244) at Ol (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:5924050) at t.unstable_runWithPriority (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:7368331) at qo (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:5866239) at Ll (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:5920789) at yl (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:5916900) at https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:5866462 at t.unstable_runWithPriority (https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/meue-meue-spa/assets/3862.76425bb29c10da775ad3.js:2:7368331)

Any advice on how to resolve this?

Hi @themob

The _el property typically refers to a DOM element. Here are a couple of steps to help narrow down the issue:

  1. Is this occurring only for a single A/B Test Program, or are all A/B Test Programs in your Marketo instance throwing the same error? If it's happening instance-wide, check the Adobe Status page to see if there is an outage or service degradation affecting your pod.
  2. If nothing is reported on the Adobe Status page and the issue persists after clearing your browser cache (or testing in an incognito window), it's likely an instance-wide issue. In that case, I recommend opening a priority support ticket with Adobe for further investigation.

This is occurring in all A/B Test programs in our Marketo instance.

I searched the Adobe Status page, but I am not seeing an outage for this specific issue.

I submitted a support ticket with Adobe for further investigation.

this is most likely a known product-side UI bug/regression tied to the experience.adobe.com/solutions/marketo/ route and CSP enforcement, not something you can permanently fix in the Marketo asset itself. The practical workaround is to use the legacy .../marketo-engage/... path if possible, and otherwise escalate with the matching internal defect reference.

  • Edit the path /marketo/ to /marketo-engage/ (or vice-verse)

  • If the dashboard opens later but shows no data, then setup checks matter. Marketo docs say empty A/B dashboards can happen if the email was not actually sent after test creation, was not approved, or was sent from an unsupported context like the wrong campaign/program pattern.

If the problem persist, open a support ticket.
