A/B testing multiple send campaigns

Does anyone know if it is possible to send another email using a smart campaign while doing an ABtest? The current test is a whole email test and I would like to do a send to another group selecting one of the 2 emails (ie email A).  When I build my smart campaign the only option for email is 'Whole Email test' as opposed to Email A or Email B.  The test is still running is that why I cannot select either of the emails, or is it not possible to do so without creating another email send program?
