Are you running a Champion / Challenger or are you using the A/B Testing features in the Email Program Type?

Is it possible to say both?

In my event program  I right clicked the email, and put "new test"

it is there where it shows champion/challenger and do subject line as a 50/50 split

Hi Amanda,

Ok so what you are showing me is Champion/Challenger Test - Champion Challenger Tests do not work in Batch - Only Trigger and Nurture Streams: Champion/Challenger: Approve Your Email Test - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

If you want to run a test on a Batch send you're better off using the A/B testing feature in an email program that you can nest in your event program (Add an A/B Test - Marketo Docs - Product Docs )

Or failing that, finding a way to turn the smart campaign where you send the email into a trigger type campaign
