A/B Test with Dynamic body content

I set up an email that has some dynamic content in the body of the email.  Based on the stage segmentation the lead is currently in they will see one line or the other.

I then set up the A/B Testing to test the subject line.  I scheduled it to run and thus far it has not ran.  on the Status of the program is sits at the status of "Waiting to run..."

Is this functionality not available?

This functionality is available and it should run.  There must be some other problem.

is this a batch campaign or a champ/challenger?

If you're using the Email Program A/B split test functionality it might show "waiting to run" if the test has sent, but not the winner. I've experienced that before. I'm not sure if that is expected behavior.

Agree, I think this is the normal behavior for an A/B test

Its running the test and will send the bulk of the emails after the test.  At that point it will change to running etc...

Thank you all, there was a problem with the smart list i guess.  But it didnt show that there was an error at all.  Kind of weird.
