A/B test program won't run

I have two newsletter campaigns that I scheduled using A/B testing to run yesterday, a 4 hour test, and both over 12 hours later still say 'Waiting to run'. Has anyone else run into this issue? I have double checked my Smart List and Program set up are correct, the email is approved, the A/B test and schedule is set up and the Programs are approved.

Hmmm usually it does that for maybe 10 mins or so as it's queing up the list etc. I'd put in a support ticket and get them to look at it. -Kim
