A/B test - Lead.Firstname token

I am carrying out an A/B test on the email subject line of an email.
The actual email I have only has subject line and if I do not include the lead FN token.

Will the lead token work in the subject line test when I include in the A/B subject line .
Similar to the image shown.


Has anyone tried ?
