2 column form responsive on mobile

Hi,

How do I make the 2 column form responsive in the right field order on mobiles? 

Here's my 2 column form.

Screenshot below is the view on mobile.

How could I re-order the fields so it will show all the fields for the " Your Friend's Info" first and then fields for "Your Info" in the second half of the form?
