1 form but several submissions

As a Marketo Newbie, I wasn’t sure how to respond to this question one of our sales guys asked.

We collect several leads from events and they normally enter them into an excel document. I would like to setup a form for them to submit them (on site) at the event for several automation reasons and to avoid exchanging CSV files.

So I was wondering what would happen if I made a form with more than 1 "first name" "last name" and "email" field. Something like this for sales to save entry time:

First Name Last Name Email
First Name Last Name Email
First Name Last Name Email
First Name Last Name Email

and then they click submits. Will it enter 4 leads? Or will it overwrite the same lead or nothing at all?

I thought I would ask before spending time building everything out in Salesforce and Marketo.

Has anyone doe this?

whoops, logged into wrong account
Stephen, if Sales doesn't want to submit  a form for each lead, then create a google spreadsheet and they can add as many folks as they want in one shot.

Make sure to have a opt in column too.

As others noted, the form fill out is once per lead. A kiosk form would have to have pre-fill disabled on the Form and all fields to work properly. It's fine to do that, but not in the way your salespeople suggest.

@Josh, I agree this isn’t something that I really want to spend the time on to create especialy when it will only save them a few seconds.. Sounds like the best / simplest solution is to just enter leads into the form during downtime. I'll tell them to stop being so lazy ;)
