日本語のリストをマルケトにインポートするには、CSV形式で文字コードはUTF８である必要があり、MS Excelで作ったリストを
、Execel上でCSVに変換したものではUTF8に対応していないのでそのままインポートすることができないと記憶しておりましたが、現在はどうなんでしょうか？一年近くマルケトから離れていたので、教えてください。@

In English:

My understanding when I used Marketo at my previous company was that I need to change code page with UTF8 if I import the new CSV list in Japanese to Marketo. It means, I could not use CSV data, which was easily changed the file format from xlsx to csv in MS Excel. Do I still need to change the code page with UTF8 if I want to import CSV list in JPN to Marketo? Because my knowledge of Marketo is about 1 year ago, I don't know the latest situation.

Yes. You will have to change the code page. If you directly try to import the CSV file with Japanese names, some of the letters will be replaced by a question mark or special characters.
