Hi all,I've created a guided landing page and have set to redirect to an external page after the form submission.I'd like to pass the value of the FirstName field and then to render it on a Wordpress page with the message saying something like."Thank you, {FirstName} for getting in touch..."Does anyone know if this is possible? Any support would be very much appreciated.  Background:We are a housing development business, building and selling plots/houses on housing developments in the UK.We have a unique, proprietary CRM that is very difficult to influence hence, the seemingly "roundabaout" solution I am about the explain. Solution summary:When a customer enquired/expresses interest about a housing development, a unique Custom object entry is created in our Marketo instance, linked to the person record. We would like to personalise a range of emails with contextualised information based on these enquiries. Our solution is to use velocity script to populate tokens within a high-level folder, that can then be inherited and utilised within the subsequent emails. This simple script is essentially, updating the token with the information of that specific development based on the "EnquiryOutletName" field. Issue summary:This is working great for us!

We are using a Marketo form on our site as our Demo form, and have built it to hide most of the fields until the email address is entered and Clearbit can check before revealing any more unknown fields. This works totally fine when the form is embedded on the site - however when we embed the form as a popup in Elementor we sometimes experience issues where we see two forms render at once or show all the fields without hiding them as expected.When this happens we see the following error:Has anyone else experienced issues when embedding a Marketo form with hidden fields into an Elementor popup?

IssueYou have a Batch Campaign or Email Program setup where the amount of people qualified is more than what's listed under the Smart Campaign Person Restrictions limit (for more context, see Enabling Person Restrictions for Smart Campaigns). Within that same program or campaign, you calculate that between the number of qualified people reduced by how many are blocked from processing puts the total count of records below the Person Restrictions for the instance. Would the campaign or email program still execute and process the appropriate leads that aren't blocked or does Marketo solely look at qualified members to determine if that's more than allowed based on Person Restrictions? IssueField values updated in Marketo do not sync to SFDC when the record exists as a Contact.  EnvironmentMarketo - CRM Native contact Sync SolutionThe issue is caused by the interaction of the Block Field Updates with the conflict resolution rules for Contacts described here.  The Block Field Updates will prevent Marketo from writing values from Salesforce into Marketo, but it does not prevent the sync from attempting to sync those values. If a field has Block Field Updates enabled to prevent updates from SFDC and that fields gets updated in both Marketo and Salesforce at the same time, Marketo will attempt to use our conflict resolutions rules to allow the update from SFDC to override the Marketo updated. The Block Field Update prevents this from occurring which leaves the records stuck unable to update the value in either system. To resolve the issue for the specific records, the Block Field Updates setting must be removed for the specific values to allow the v

If I remove a SFDC field's visibility to the Marketo sync user profile and then weeks or months later restore that visibility, will that field begin to sync with the Marketo field to which it was previously synciing or will it create a new Marketo field?

I have a theory that Marketo's "in future before xx days" uses hours as a unit of measurement. Can anyone confirm or provide insight?Situation: We want to send a renewal notice to customers whose subscriptions expire 30 days from the send date. We are using expiration date "is in future 31 days", and expiration date "is in future after 30 days" to isolate that 30th day before expiration. We are transitioning these renewal notices from an old marketo instance to a new marketo instance. Hi team,Over the last 3 days my company has come across an increase of undelivered emails in Marketo and the main reason was for being added to a Spamhaus blocklist. We've checked our DNS, sender reputation and everything else and we don't see anything different compared to last week or even last month to justify such increase.Is anyone having similar issue in Marketo? I was reading a thread on the forum and realize consent for the privacy checkbox must be optional for end-user.My question is, if end-user does not consent, by not ticking the box and submits the form, what do we as Marketo record owners need to do on our end? - Is there a standard or protocol for that?Are we to purge their submission? My organization currently uses Intercom as our chatbot, but I believe there are other ways we could utilize Dynamic Chat that we are not currently using. Wondering if anyone has experience with creating conversational flows based on website activity? Rather than a form fill? The business team want to know what kind of report Marketo offers to validate which email domains are being used in Marketo. As in existing Marketo instance there are multiple SPF email domains (10+)  that are verified but not sure which SPF domain is being used for sending email and tracking links. In the existing account there are 4 branding domain(CNAME) that are set up successfully. Each has a different domain. And there are 11 SPF records added which are verified out of those SPF records 2 SPF record are not matching with branding domain but are verified too.

Hi, I'm looking for more information around the use case and if there is any more information besides what's in the product documentation. Couldn't find much through Google or YouTube videos. Would love to see a case study of this that was used in the real world so I can gain additional insights instead of just LaunchPoint services set up, etc.  What does the reporting look like? Are the engagement data fed back into Marketo? I know there are some options under the smart campaign.  Can I send one static list to all three services or do I need to send the static list to each individually, etc. Thanks in advance.

Hello,We will be syncing an SFDC Custom Object that is connected to both Lead and Contact in SFDC.In Marketo, I think we'll need to select the table on both the Lead and Contact objects in order to sync, and it will appear in Marketo as two separate COs. Is this correct?And based on that, we will need to use 2 filters to capture CO records for both Leads and Contacts. Please let me know if my understanding is correct. Thank you!

By default in our Salesforce org, the 'notify user' checkbox is unchecked when you go to reassign a Contact to another user, but when Contacts are reassigned via Marketo, users are being notified.  Is there anywhere in the sync set up where we can disable these notifications?  I can see that there is an option to uncheck the trigger email notification for Leads being assigned, but would this apply to Contacts as well?
