Hello, I've come across information online suggesting that it's possible to restrict Marketo Landing Pages to specific IP addresses through the Admin settings. However, it seems this configuration applies globally to all landing pages. Is there a way to apply IP restrictions to just a single landing page—so that it only works within our office network? 

We're researching ways to automate our event participation certificates and it seems to me that a Marketo Landing Page could work, but I'm wondering if others have used this in the past with success. We're tracking our event registration and participation through a Marketo Program currently, but when someone attends, we're sending an alert to someone to manually generate and send the participation certificate.Has anyone used a Marketo Landing Page to serve up a participation certificate? We would need it to include the person's name, event name and date, but all of these already live on the Program level as Tokens. My thought is we could send them the landing page link in a thank you for attending email and when they click they would be able to view the personalized certificate on a landing page via Tokens.

I'm looking to automatically populate the Company Name from the Named Account Name in Marketo (Meaning the Named Account field from the Marketo ABM Module). This is for leads where we do not have a company name in our database BUT we do have the Named Account Name. I was initially thinking I could just use a Token for the Named Account Name but this is not a Token that Marketo provides. Does anyone have any creative workarounds for this? We have hundreds of Named Accounts so a conditional flow step is not a sensible option for this volume. For legacy data I could do it offline by exporting the leads and using Excel to populate Company Name from Named Account but that doesn't give me an ongoing automated solution.   For the ABM Product Team, please could you add a set of Named Account Tokens to enable us to utilize the Named Account data more creatively as in this example.   Thanks

Hi Team,Quick question - There is a scenario where we faced in one of the campaigns. There were totally 16K records in a SFDC campaign and while flowing into the Marketo campaign around 180 records didn't flow through from Salesforce to Marketo Campaign. But these 180 records are present in Marketo database.In these 180 records, there are -1) Invalid email address2) Inactive contacts3) Duplicates.But we tried to compare that with the records which flow through SF -> Marketo campaign which has all these.Please anyone could let me know the reason for this? Thanks in Advance.

Hi, I’m having trouble loading the same form on a landing page—one in the body and one in the footer. I’m using loadForm(), which causes duplication issues, and I also tried render() to render the form to different element, but that didn’t work either. I’m just wondering: is there another way to load the same form in different parts of the landing page? Thanks!

We have the Facebook lead ads integration set up and whenever someone fills out a leadgen form, the activity is passed along into Marketo with a unique leadgen ID for that person. We would like to post that leadgen ID into a person level field so we can sync it to SFDC. I have seen online that you can use trigger tokens for custom activities to stamp those values to a field, but I am not sure if the 'Filled out Facebook Lead Ads Form' trigger works in the same way as the custom activity triggers and works with these trigger tokens. Any ideas on how to get that value from the activity into a person level field?

Hi there,So we recently tested a campaign and saw a huge difference between an email with images vs no images, which we now understand why. However, our team just created new email templates and performed the same test and we noticed that the open/click numbers are nearly identical in the tests. Curious as to why a new email template might have logged the same opens with images vs no images even though we know that images should have a lower open rate typically?

Hi everyone, We’re integrating Marketo with Dynamics 365 and the only field we can’t push from Marketo to Dynamics is Country. In Dynamics it’s a lookup table, so we’re sending the GUID. What’s strange is that other lookup tables like Province/Region work fine when we send the GUID from Marketo, but Country doesn’t. On the other hand, if Dynamics sends the Country value to Marketo, it updates with no problem. We checked the Country field in Dynamics and there’s nothing blocking it — we can update it through API, manually, and with Dynamics flows. Has anyone run into this before or knows what might be going on? Thank you!

I understand for Outlook rendering engine I must have fixed dimensions. I have tried code like this to no avail, and still there is no padding appearance as such, and the table hugs the text far too closely. Hi, anyone who encountered an issue where email within a Program that was already scheduled for a specific date and time got unscheduled for unknown reason/s? We had this problem for the past 2 weeks and encountered this scenario twice already. Is there any audit log within Marketo that we can check and understand on why this happened? We're currently supporting an important client and scheduling emails on time is crucial, we can't let this happen again. Let me know if you got any leads on how to audit this type of issue and/or if you also encountered a similar thing! Cheers

Where can I locate programs that were cloned with emails built in the new email editor? I accidentally cloned a program containing one and it went through since when I tried cloning it again with the same name, Marketo said the program already exists. The issue is that the cloned program isn't showing up in my search. Is there still a way to find that cloned program.

We have an external LP that has a Marketo form on it. We have custom JS on the page that is redirecting depending on a field that is written, but I noticed the field is no longer writing, even though the submission is telling it to. Hello Marketo Community,My team has created a bounce directory that populates a custom field with the latest bounce category number for each record. However, we've found that this value is missing for many records because the data has been archived. The only way to find this information for archived records is to go into each one individually, check the activity log, find the 'Email Bounce' activity, open it, and then find the bounce category number. This is a very time-consuming process.I'm aware that some activity data can be exported via the Bulk API. I'm trying to figure out if exporting the 'Email Bounce' activity type would also include the bounce category. If so, where exactly can I find this information within the export file?Any guidance or tips on this would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,
