Adobe Marketo Engage

I've created a Dialogue with multiple branches and if they request a product brochure then it asks if they'd like it emailed too and then captures their email address if they say yes. At the end of the branch it asks if there's anything else we can help with and if they say yes it returns to the initial options but if they go down another branch it then asks for their email again which seems like a bad journey if they've already given those details. Is there a way to auto-populate the email address if they've given it in that chat or bypass it/autofill that in the background and jump to the next step?

Hi, I need a custom field that holds longer texts (rich text) in Leads. I can create custom field of TextArea datatype but from API there is no such option. Is there any reason why? How can I create a custom field that holds long text through API?

A user asked about this mysterious-sounding warning in the Trigger Smart Campaign docs:   Sounds scarier than it should because something’s omitted. The missing link? Hi Community,  I have a currency field that isn't displaying the way I'd expect it to.  For example, if the populated value is "$300.50" and I use a token to display it in my email content, it shows up as "$300.5" Also, if the field value is supposed to have a comma, that won't show up in my email either - "$1,450.00" as the field value displays in my email's token as "$1450" What are my options for forcing Marketo to display zeros and commas as you would normally expect for U.S. currency? Thanks!  

I would like to know if the email address can be replaced with the Marketo ID or any other field as the unique identifier in Marketo.

Is there a way to assign static list to email program through API?I would like to create email program using REST API, not involving any marketo UI. Is it possible thing to do? is there any work around?

Hello dear fellow Marketo users,  I hope you are doing well. I have been working on implementing the reCAPTCHA system for my company but I am facing a few issues which I don't really know how to deal with. The main problem I am facing right now is:  when I enable the captcha option on a form, and go to test it out and I enter my email address in the form -> it suddenly breaks the form and weird things happen. Here's an exemple of the form before I write my email : And here's after: As you can see, big white squares appeared. it totally transformed and reshaped my form and almost broke it + the captcha logo also appeared. Do you have any clue on why such things are happening? It is something I can repair by my own within Marketo? Thanks in advance for your help! Nate

Hello friends,Please share your thought. I have set an email program where "HeadStart" checkbox is enabled. There are 124 members qualified who will receive this communication just after 12 hours. If the qualified lead got deleted, unsubscribed, over communicated, status changed to marketing suspended during 12 hrs.Will all 124 qualified members will receive email at the time of schedule/send out?  Regards,

Hello there,as usual, in the email marketing world, I'm trying to face the deliverability issues that afflict Marketo.We are approaching the Reject DMARC policy for our domain, and using a DMARC reporting tool, I've encountered several emails that are failing the DMARC validation. Here is a screenshot of the problem: if I've understood correctly, this shows that a SPAM filter service (Avanan) is in the middle of the communications between our domain and recipients. Additionally, DMARC policy validation for our branded domain is going pretty well: Has anyone encountered the same issue? How could I try to solve it?For context, we are applying the DMARC quarantine policy step by step (we are at 25% of the emails), but this does not seem to impact the mentioned domain. Additionally, both SPF / DKIM DNS records are validated on the Marketo Admin side.

Hi There, We have a Marketo form with a hidden field and a default value set. However, upon submission, the default value does not populate on the record. What could be the reason? Please let us know

Hi everyone,   We are trying to get the form fill out activity details for members of static lists and due to some reason it does not run the api call successfully when adding the listid parameter and if list id parameter is removed it does pull the information but it is limited to 300 records only.   we are able to run following call successfully: sample call that is working without list id : base_url/rest/v1/activities.json?nextPageToken=xyz&activityTypeIds=1,2,3   following call is not working as expected and it returns the nextpage token when running following call : Expected call : base_url/rest/v1/activities.json?nextPageToken=xyz&activityTypeIds=1,2,3&listId=1234   any suggestions will be appreciated      

We are having an issue where when we link a Zoom Webinar to an event in Marketo and if we have to recreate this event for a specific reason we are no longer able to select the Zoom webinar from the list. The only way of fixing this is that we have to create a brand new webinar in Zoom and then link that over.  This is not a very user friendly experience and creates a lot of extra work. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue?

Hello,I'm looking to make updates to a few of our field display names in Marketo. I've been able to successfully remove each of the fields from any forms/smart lists/smart campaigns/etc., but I'm running into an issue where I can't remove the field from the smart list if it's been used by a single email batch campaign after it's been deployed. Is there a resolution to updating the email program to remove the field, that isn't deleting the entire program? Thank you!Cathleen

Hi All,   I have created a smart list that initially qualified over 10,000 leads based on the criteria. However, after one day, the number of qualifying leads has dropped to 45, even though no actions were performed on those leads. I have a query regarding Predictive Content.  I have created an Email where I used predictive content on 2 Images with different links. Now, my question is if I send out that Email to a list of audience, will the images populate differently for the audience as per their past preferences? Or everyone will receive the same Images with links.

Hello, hope everyone is having a good day!  Our Marketo instance has accrued more and more bot data, and it is getting increasingly harder and harder to identify the bot data in a meaningful way, so we can identify it without a doubt. I've been playing around with the filters in Marketo, including: Match with IAB bot listsMatch with proximity patternBot Activity FalseBot Activity True While I am getting contacts through these filters, I wanted to see if anyone has documentation or explanations on how these work. Please let me know. Let's talk Channel Mapping on the "Offline Channels" page of the Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly known as Bizible) account!   First, what is this page for?!  This page handles the Marketo Measure Channel and/or Subchannel mapping for "Offline Channels". For Marketo Measure's purposes, "Offline Channels" means CRM Campaign Touchpoints or Marketo Program/Activity Touchpoints. More info on Touchpoint types here.    On the Offline Channels page in Marketo Measure, you should see all CRM Campaign Types that are ACTIVATED in your CRM displayed along with drop-down picklists to select the appropriate Marketo Measure Channel/Subchannel you'd like to map to. The tricky thing to remember here is that we're truly only trying to map your "offline" type data here. In other words, if you have a Campaign Type such as "Ebook Form Fill Outs" or "Content Downloads" -- that's fine, you can keep doing that in your CRM but you DON'T want to map it to a digital channel (nor do you w
