Hello.I recently received a response from Nation and with the help of an engineer at the support center.I understood that the campaign folder only aggregates emails from smart campaigns inside the folder.However, I have additional questions, so I'm asking you one more question. What I would like to ask you additionally is that if there are multiple child campaign folders within one parent campaign folder, does the email statistics in the parent campaign folder aggregate emails from your own smart campaign and all the smart campaigns within the child campaign folder?Assuming the answer to the above question is 'true', I checked my instance and it was not. When I checked on my instance, The email data found in the child campaign folder(New Campaign Folder) is not visible in the parent campaign folder(Jiwon Heo folder), but it is visible in the grand parent campaign folder(Marketing Internal Training folder).Can you tell me why it is confirmed like this?I attached a screenshot w

I need a sanity check here from the masses..  Scenario: A nurture of let's just say 6 emails is to be sent out, What is the "best practice" in marketo to set up the following: Is it better to: 1. Have multiple smart campaigns (1 per email) for engagement activities (opens, clicks, etc.) with 1 flow step. OR2. Have 1 smart campaign (for all emails combined) with a flow step with multiple choices (for each email choice).  ex.)1. Smart list: clicked email 1    Flow: Change Status in SFDC: Clicked2. Hi all, We have implemented a prospect scoring model within the past year to keep track of the activity our prospects are performing within the context of a nurture program. We're using a tiered system, so we go from Level A to Level F based on the priority level, so the threshold to MQL is as follows:Level A: at least 30Level B: at least 40Level C: at least 50(we are no longer allowing Level F to MQL) At face value the model seems to be working fine; however, when I dig into the MQLs, it looks like majority of them are not what I would consider "true" MQLs -- my main concern being the amount of clicks within the same minute within the emails (ie -- bots).  In our behavior triggers, we have added the filter constraint "Is Bot Activity" = false, and when Marketo rolled out the updates to the bot filtration, we enabled the following, but are still running in to this issue: Has anyone run into something similar with your scoring models? Hello, Im trying to update a couple of fields - Person Source, Last Touch Medium. In a certainly couple of records there is existing data that I want to change, but when I do change, it doesn't save and reverts back to the original value. In other records I can change and it updates but these particular records it just wont update. Not sure why

We're sending out an invite to review our product on a website called Peer Spot.  They have asked that we add their review email address to every email invite we send out.  Is this possible?  Can I hardcode an email to be cc'd on every email sent from a specific email send? 

I am trying to capture the UTM parameter on form fills regardless if the marketo engagement is a known visitor or not, without using Smart Campaigns to write to the UTM fields.   We embed our Marketo forms to WordPress and Webflow landing pages.Our forms have hidden fields set up and work for new users, but are cleared for known visitors.  We use Known Visitor HTML on these forms and we recently added a recommended JavaScript workaround (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/how-to-add-utm-parameters-to-quot-known-visitor-qu... aka https://codepen.io/figureone/pen/jOWVZMg (CodePen Home MktoForms2 :: Auto-Fill w/Cascade v1.1.2) to our pages. This recommended JavaScript workaround is a partial success, as the values are stored, but the hidden field values are not being written without using a Smart Campaign. Is there an extra step needed so the UTM Fields are written to for known visitors without a Smart Campaign?

I'm at a loss. I have confirmed Pre-Fill is enabled in landing pages at an admin level, the form level, and the landing page itself. Yet when I click "Unsubscribe" in an email it still does not pre-fill the email of the customer into the form. What am i doing wrong!? I can also confirm that the link in the email is being tracked and has the mkt_tok box checked. Uploading images as proof.    

Hello friends,The company I work for regularly promotes complimentary webcasts to our clientele, ranging in topics from Gen AI to professional development. We typically promote these webcasts through dedicated sends, where we track their RSVPS and whether they attend, no-show, and/or watch on-demand after the live event through GlobalMeet, which has an API through Marketo. We also push all of this data into SFDC so our Sales teams can easily track this as well. I recently set up an internal alert for our Sales teams to notify them when a client has accessed an on-demand webcast, with the thought that if we can keep track of the subject areas/topics interests of these clients, whether at an individual or an account level, we can better program our future events and notify those folks of events that may be of interest. That said, I obviously don't want to leave it to the Sales team to try to keep track of on their own. Hello, let's say I have an engagement program with 2 streams (actual program is much more complex). I am using a smart campaign to add leads to the program, via either stream 1 or 2 depending on certain filters.I am using transition rules to manage the flow from stream 1 to stream 2 with a wait step of 11 days as follows:Stream 1Content: EDM1Stream 2Content: EDM2Transition rule: Smart list: EDM 1 is delivered; Member of Engagement Program Stream is not Stream 2Flow: Wait 11 days; Change engagement program stream -> New stream: Stream 2My question is:1) will the flow step in the transition rule above (i.e 'wait 11 days') work?2) will the 'wait' flow step also apply to leads added directly to stream 2 via smart campaign?I have seen people say you should use smart campaigns to pause people's cadence instead of using 'wait' flow steps in transition rules, but why? I am aiming to have as few smart campaigns as possible given the complexity of the program I'm building.

Hi,   I noticed that I am not able to move or clone assets from the default workspace to a different workspace. I am an admin in my Marketo instance. I checked some of the older articles which said - clone the asset to a folder and drag-drop the folder to the target Workspace. However, I do not see this approach working.   I had Marketing User and Admin roles initially. I thought, this could be the issue as Marketo defaults to the most restrictive permissions when there are multiple roles. I got the Marketing User role removed and tried moving the assets but the issue still exists.   I would like to understand the reason for this - is it something to do with the updates in the product features or with the access level in the tool.

Hey guys, I have a question related to Marketo's Email Editor 2.0  We recently started to design our emails in Stripo and try to unlock Marketo's full email design capabilities by adding custom variables to modify the modules we declared inside the code.  While testing inside Marketo we have encountered that the Editor is not behaving the same way as it did with the previous template - instead of picking the module itself, Marketo now picks the whole section (including the background). I wonder if there are any conditions to see the results in the email tab of the campaign folder.As far as I can surmise, the email results sent by the e-mail program or the nurturing program do not seem to be counted.  I am not good at English, but I am writing in English to get many ideas. Hi! First post here. Looking for some advice on how to best use Programs in the following context. We send a monthly newsletter. Presently we open a new SFDC campaign and create a new email program for each instance due to the 1:1 relationship between SFDC campaigns and programs. My ideal outcome is that multiple monthly iterations of this email newsletter could be associated with the same SFDC campaign. Is there a way to better use or structure programs to achieve this? Note that unlike a drip or nurture where the entire program is locked from the beginning, we create these newsletters ongoing and one at a time.  Thanks in advance for any advice!

We are currently facing an issue with field name changes in our CRM. When we rename fields in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), these changes do not reflect in Marketo, affecting our ability to use these fields in smart list filters. We have learned from support that field names are locked during integration and cannot be edited. However, due to our process requirements, we need the ability to change field names in the CRM and have these changes flow smoothly to Marketo.This functionality is crucial for our operations and should be considered a fundamental feature of the tool. Hey guys!I'm trying to get all records from my database where the date is the upcoming month so I can send an alert with anticipation. So, if we are in August, I want to pull all records from September, I'm using a DateTime field, and I see I can use "in time frame" option but there is no next-month value there. I also see "in future" and "in future after", but I think that will bring all subsequent months while I only need September. How are you guys doing this?
