Hello, We would like to add the bizible javascript to our website.We require consent compliance, and are using GTM (Google Tag Manager) with consent mode v2.How should we tag the bizible script?options are:`ad_personalization``ad_storage``ad_user_data``analytics_storage``functionality_storage``personalization_storage``security_storage`I did find this resource helpful, but it outlines a more manual setup - not GTM consent mode. I'd like to use google consent mode v2, which prevents scripts from firing until consent is received. The list of cookies issued by Bizible suggests to me that it should be tagged to require these consents:`ad_personalization``ad_storage``ad_user_data``analytics_storage`Can someone help shed some light on this for me? I want to sync a smart list to a Facebook Ads audience using the integration and using Enable Continuous Audience Sync.  This product documentation suggests, but doesn't outright state, that this is only possible with static lists: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/ad-network-integrations/send-a-list-to-an-ad-network Is that the case? If so, my plan is to set up a smart list of the people I want and then a couple of batch campaigns to periodically add and remove people from a second static list, which will be the one that's actually synced to Facebook. Shouldn't be too hard, just want to make sure I'm not doing a bunch of extra work if I don't have to. 

Hello! We set up a webhook for our SMS campaigns. I wanted to know if there is a way to set the time of day for this call. IE a constraint to say call on this webhook/send the SMS between 8am-3pm PT or just send at one time daily? Is this possible? Thank you.

Hi AllWe have out custom JS file that's cached at the Adobe CDN. I noticed that its TTL is shorter than what we have for forms2.css and forms2.js.Is there any chance we can increase the TTL for those custom files too? It would really help us out.Thanks a bunch! 

Hi All, I have created email and used rich text tokens in subject line as well as in one part of body content. I have used HTML in tokens. IT is working fine in body content but when I checked the subject line, it is showing the HTML. I know that I can use different tokens for this purpose but I am curious to know is this a normal behaviour?

Hello Nation,   As some of you know Dynamic Chat, can be accessed through https://experience.adobe.com and its user management is through https://adminconsole.adobe.com    In 2022, we launched Dynamic Chat as an add-on to Adobe Marketo Engage, and the Dynamic Chat Select version is included in all Marketo packages. We have completed the provisioning of Dynamic Chat to all our Marketo customers and have added only one admin.  Since then we had an influx of requests for not being able to access Dynamic Chat and are unsure who the current admin is. Hey all, I am running into an issue with a webhook that triggers an SMS message through a third party vendor we are using.  The vendor we are using stores some personalization information that we populate when a customer opts in. These fields can be used to create dynamic SMS messages. The problem I am running into when sending messages that are triggered through Marketo automations is that the vendor also uses {{variable_name}} format for their personalization tokens. So, when I send an API POST request to trigger a message, the SMS tool variables get removed when Marketo tries to resolve them in the text token.  This appears to work fine for Marketo fields, which was a kind of happy surprise since I'd never tried to use them in a text token (if anyone can tell me if this is super dangerous, I'd appreciate it). But, because of how our systems are scaled currently, there's some data that doesn't live in Marketo effectively but is in the 3rd-party SMS tool.&nbsp

Hello,  The webhook we have been trying to send seems to have gone through successfully from Marketo's end but our Vendor (VFairs) doesn't seem to receive the webhook. Everything seems to be firing correctly in Marketo with a success message. Is this something that is on the Vendor (Vfairs) side? Vfairs say that some thing is not set up correctly in marketo. Is this issue on Marketo's side or Vfairs? Is there a way to check in Marketo if everything is firing correctly?  Below is the webhook activity.  

A user tried to register through a Marketo form for one of our upcoming webinars, but Marketo is not recognizing the email format as valid. I think it's because the email contains ".us.com." Is there a way to allow this email format? For more context, the email is: [first initial].[last name]@[company name].us.com

I am trying to capture UTM parameters of form fills regardless if the marketo engagement is a known visitor or not, without using Smart Campaigns to write to the UTM fields on Webflow landing pages. This function is currently working on WordPress landing pages.    Our forms have hidden fields set up and work for new users and on WordPress landing pages for known visitors. On Webflow landing pages, the UTM values are not writing for Known Visitors. Hi all, So we need to delete some leads from SFDC but want to keep them in Marketo because they're subscribed to a high value newsletter that is sent every month from Marketo. Just wanted to confirm if anyone has done something like this? I've done some research and found out about "Custom Sync Rules" from Marketo to SFDC, is this the answer to my query? Or is there anything I'm missing? Along with the submission of Marketo form data to Marketo can you also send this form data elsewhere? We'd like to send the form data to a SQL database as well.

Hello,Even though I've successfully configured my mobile app in the Marketo Admin > Mobile Apps & Devices area and verified push configuration, I am unable to add a new test device, under Test Devices. The URL or QR will successfully open the deep link in the app to add the device, but then it gives the  "The URL does not match this application." error.Through trial and error, I've determined this is because the initializeSDK method is not initializing. I've discovered the SDK classes are logging errors with the tag "MKTO" and when checking the logs, I find the result of calling initializeSDK is "failed to initialize MarketoSDK 0.8.8 IOException"Unless this community has the SDK developers who can give possible causes of an IOException for this class, I think I've reached the end of the road with my attempt to integrate the Android SDK.  😖

Hello guys,I landed with a bunch of invalid emails and I was looking for the reason behind it.I found a multitude of these logs:Email sendEmail deliveredEmail bounced (main reason: 550 [internal] [oob] The recipient is invalid) This process marks the email as invalid even if the person actually received the email.  The solution could be just right behind the corner, but does it make sense? I mean, I can just run a simple batch campaign every day and validate the invalidated ones, but I'd like to understand if you have some contraindications.

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with my Marketo instance. We’ve set up a lifecycle model with the following stages: Known, Engaged, MQL, SQL, and WON. I've got some emails I send regularly that take a lot of time to set up. Simply put, each email is a list of 10 Headline/paragraph combos and each week, I have to copy and paste this text from a new spreadsheet into the headlines and paragraphs. What I would like to do is automate this process using tokens or something similar.Ideally, I'd like to take a CSV which contains the headlines and paragraphs, upload that to Marketo, and then have it autofill an email template that has a token for each headline and paragraph. I've been looking at the documentation on tokens and I can't find anything like what I'm describing. Does anybody know of a way to do something like what I'm describing here?

Just want to give other's visibility and a heads up on this issue.    We have a program that sets some program member custom fields (PMCF) which sync to campaign member custom fields. Generally, the sync is working fine. However, we are seeing an issue in this case: If the initial sync of a person fails (say there is a bad picklist value in a standard field) and then the issue gets fixed, when the person does finally sync to the SFDC campaign and becomes a member, the PMCF field values do not sync to the campaign member custom fields. The only way to get the PMCF fields to finally sync is if the value in the PCMF field changes.    @darshil_shah1 Was able to confirm this behavior.
