Adobe Marketo Engage

We use a tool called Drift to filter automated replies such as out of offices and spam before they hit our sales teams as we use their email addresses in the from and reply to aliases. However, we are reviewing our marcomm stack and would be interested in finding some alternatives to drift if anyone knows of any? Or know of a tool/platform that would achieve what is described above.

Here are the instructions to send a Birthday Message.  In this example, I am using the Date of Birth field which is automatically created when a new Marketo instance is created. It is automatically mapped to the SFDC Contact Birthdate field when Marketo is integrated with SFDC.  The field type is “date.”     You have to set up two smart campaigns since the lead token, {{lead.Date of Birth}}, can only be used in a trigger campaign.     Step 1. Create a trigger campaign with campaign is requested in the Smart List     Step 2.  Configure Wait Step in the Flow Add token {{lead.Date of Birth}}. Remember a token can only be used in a trigger campaign. Remember to click "Use next anniversary date" Set time for when you want the wait step to end. Hello,  I am migrating our email preference center over to a Marketo form and landing page. I am going to use Boolean fields with form prefill enabled.  Is there a way to preview the form as different users to test the prefill function and make sure it is behaving properly? Similar to the way you can test tokens on an email as different users. I tried previewing the landing page using the View as Person option, but it had no impact on the form. I just want to be able to verify that the form works the way it should before unleashing it on the wider world. 

We are counting a specific website click (to our Internal website Blog page) as Content Downloaded for an email. For some reason this campaign is marking them as Content Downloaded then Clicked. Is there a way (order of operations type set up) to stop someone from going back to clicked since Content Downloaded is our success status? 

Hi all, I have a field (organization type) showing up on my lead object in the salesforce object sync, where there's an implied sync. However, the field is not showing up in my field management. I've checked the back log (its now been hours) and nothing significant there. Is there something i manually need to do to get this to show up?

Hello all, I got an issue trying to connect Marketo with Facebook lead ads launch point.I followed the step in Marketo, I think successfully. Same in Facebook permissions are updated correctly.But it is still not working.Whn i am using the Lead Ad test tools from Meta, I got the below error:It says the app is not installed.Wasn't it supposed to be automatically done when setting the launch point.Is there any simple way to proceed as the help page from Meta is a bit technical.Thanks for your help.Best regards. François.

I have a contact that unsubscribed from our emails multiple times, however they would still receive marketing emails (I can confirm that the emails sent after they unsubscribed were not operational/transactional). Any idea why the unsubscribe status isn't working in this case? I also manually unsubscribed them on 5/7, and when I looked in their account today the were back to being subscribed. So I manually unsubscribed them again.

I am coming from a tracked link, pre-fill is enabled on the form and it is enabled on the landing page, which is a Marketo landing page. I have set up tokens next to the form which correspond the value. These are populating, so I don't think it's an issue with the munchkin code.  Any help would be much appreciated! Will

Hi all,We have created new emails in the new Marketo Email Builder which is great to use so far. The only issue is that we can't find where to select our branded domain. In the legacy email builder there is an option to select which email domain we would like to use (see below screenshot), however in the new email builder we cannot select this and it defaults to a domain we don't use as frequently. Could someone please help me figure out how to update the branded domain in the new email builder.

I have a smart campaign with a "Remove from Flow" flow step with 4 choices and a default choice set to Do Nothing. The flow step appears to be removing most of the leads who flow through it, so I am trying to determine which choice is removing people.  When I review the Remove from Flow activity detail for the people this is affecting, it showing the choice number as "2302314" as opposed to 1, 2, 3, or 4. Does anyone know why the choice number is displaying this way and how to figure out which choice it applies to?
