I've seen a few posts attempt to address this topic, but most are a few years old and may not reflect current browser behaviors.Recently, we encountered an issue on our AEM website where hidden field values in forms were not being submitted consistently. After some investigation, we discovered that the problem varies depending on the browser version being used. Importantly, this is not a Marketo issue—it's related to how certain browsers handle hidden fields.To better understand and diagnose the issue, I’d like to generate a report that shows the user agents (i.e., browser and version information) of users who submit a specific form, identified by its Form ID.My Question:Is there a way to create a report that captures and potentially filters the browser versions users are using when submitting a particular form?

Hello professionals,I would like to get suggestion from others what could be the root causeScenario:We use First Touch attribution, in implicit model. In Program Opportunity Analyser I isolated a single opportunity as an example - see attached. Opportunity has 1 contact role (should not be relevant) and linked account has 60+contacts. I can see many programs have been linked to the opportunity, but when I sum the credits it just does not adds up.How is it possible sum is 6? Shouldn't single opportunity credits always adds up to to 1?Why some rows are included, even though their attribution is 0? Is it because those are from contacts in the account that were maybe acquired AFTER that opportunity was created?If there are 60 contacts, shouldn't one credit be 1/60 = 0.017. Therefore I find associated 1.77 and 0.47 very suspicious Any advice?Am I misinterpreting the First Touch results? Or is it a bug?    

Hello How do I send a 2nd email based on whether the person clicks on a link or doesn't click on a link in the 1st email?

First forum post from a longt-ime Eloqua users trying to convert to Marketo!  To simplify life I am looking to build a program that can handle lots of different forms, and conditionally run flow steps.  The first step is an 'always' step, and it's to take the 18 digit SFDC Campaign ID and write it to a person field, along with the status. The Add to Campaign flow step is then configured with the lead tokens for those two fields - and it works like a dream.   Now for the other flows steps. If form includes hidden fields to indicate if an email should be sent, and another to define which email should be sent, then execute that flow step - using the 'data' in the form to identify the email.    The first part is straightforward, set up the form with a Boolean Field called sendEmail checked to true. The second, include a hidden field called emailToSend and pass a value to identify the email. On a program we have zero issue to add a Flow Step call

We have various streams that require scheduling—whether to run daily, weekly, or monthly. How can we best leverage throttling in this context?Could you please share potential strategies or guidance on how to integrate these approaches? Hello Marketo Nation! Hoping someone can provide some guidance on the following situation - thank you in advance!    Our leads begin in Marketo and flow over into Dynamics 365 (Marketo record says Microsoft Type: Lead).  Once that lead is qualified and promoted to a Contact, the original CRM lead record gets deactivated as the new CRM contact record is created. This new contact syncs to Marketo and creates an entirely new record, despite having the same email address (Marketo record says Microsoft Type: Contact).    Essentially, we now have duplicate records for every lead who has been qualified and promoted from Lead to Contact. Since they've synced to D365, we cannot merge these duplicates.    How have other D365 users overcome this issue?   One solution discussed internally was to match records on email address, not unique Marketo ID. I'm trying to build a landing page template that utilizes the program tokens for Interactive webinars as described in the documentation.  This works very nicely on emails.  But they just don't display at all on landing pages.  I'm guessing its a bug or something but wanted to ask if anyone else has had this issue? 

Hi everyone, There are lot of discussions regarding New email editor but none of the spoke about 'Modules'. Are modules still available in new email editor? can we create module like before? If we can create how can I use them? If possible provide some screenshots showing the options of where modules are available in New email editor. our client wants to migrate to New email editor, so they want to check whether we should create modules for new editor or we can use old ones. Thanks

Hi Team,We’ve recently launched a new Revenue Cycle Model (RCM) in our Marketo instance and have configured our Lifecycle campaigns to trigger based on changes in the Revenue Stage.  However, we are noticing an issue where, although the Revenue Stage is successfully updated on lead records (as confirmed in the activity logs), the leads are not entering the associated trigger campaigns.     This behavior has been observed for approximately 90% of the leads. To move them forward in the lifecycle, I had to manually run a batch campaign to update their statuses — something that should have been handled by the trigger campaigns. A few points to note:The trigger campaigns are using the “Revenue Stage changes to [Stage Name]” condition.The stage change is clearly visible in the activity history for affected leads.All campaigns and assets involved are approved and active.Attached screenshot(s) show both the Revenue Stage change and the lack of flow activity for the trigger campa

Hello I'm JiwonIs it possible to calculate the datetime type field on the smart list of smart campaigns based on time? For example, we have the following use case:We want to send an email to customers who registered before 11:00 AM on the event day.Then, for customers who register between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the same day, we want to send a different follow-up email.For the second campaign, we’d like to send an auto-response at the time of registration, without requiring a marketer to manually activate/deactivate the campaign.Is there any way to automate the trigger campaign using datetime logic, rather than relying on manual control?Thanks,Jiwon

Are you able to move emails created with the NEW email editor from Design Studio to Marketing Activities? Can you duplicate an email to Marketing Activities? I have not found any posts regarding this topic with the NEW Marketo Email Editor. I am not seeing any way to accomplish this in the UI. Please let me know if there is any insight on this concern. Here are a few issues I've seen from the new Email Editor, and I wondered if anyone had any workarounds.When I go back into a newly created email from my own template, it's showing HTML code instead of the email. When I click 'Edit email content' to edit the email, it will then show it correctly. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?Can I send a proof if I don't have the access level to see the email as a specific person? Since I can't choose a person from the dropdown list, it won't let me send a test.I've created some Fragments to be used like modules did in the past, and have specified that the text and/or image can be editable, but when editing an email, I'm not able to edit anything other than the image or text. Meaning, I'm not able to edit the font size, color, etc. Is there a different approach to this so that the client can drag and drop modules/fragments and edit the font size, color, etc?

Hi Team, We are developing a warm-up campaign to ensure that whenever new records are added via a list, they do not go directly into our standard marketing flow. Instead, these records will first enter a warm-up campaign. Once they engage sufficiently, we will then transition them into our regular marketing efforts. Currently, we have a global suppression smart list in place to apply basic exclusion rules. However, adding this new rule may not function as intended since we utilize the global suppression for all emails, making it impractical to remove records from the smart list. I propose running a smart campaign daily to add new records to a list using the add list method. These records would then flow through the engagement program and remain there until they are ready to transition to normal marketing. Once they are ready, we can use the remove list method to take them out of the list. Additionally, is there a way to manage this process through a smart list? I am

Hi, We’ve encountered an issue in our Marketo instance where several person records are still marked as Invalid due to a hard bounce on an old email address. However, these records have since had their email addresses updated via CRM sync.For example, a record originally had the email akshat@efgh.com, which hard bounced and marked the record as Invalid. Later, the email was updated to akshat@abcd.com, but the Invalid flag remains.The Challenge: There doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way to create a Smart List that identifies records where:The current email address is different from the one that triggered the hard bounce.The record is still marked as Invalid.I attempted to use the {{lead.Email Address}} token in the Email Bounce activity filter, but it returned no results—likely because tokens aren’t supported in that context.The Ask: Is there a way—perhaps via the Marketo API—to:Retrieve the email address associated with the Em

Hi,I'm a web developer working at a company that wishes to use Marketo forms on it's website.I've successfully gotten Marketo Forms integrated into the website, however, the load times for these embed scripts are unacceptably slow, and cause the website to feel clunky.My possible solution for this is to execute the embed script during the website build, and then inject the returned form into the static webpage, so that the form will be served as static HTML, along with the rest of the page. However, I'm worried that when it comes to the client interacting with the form, the MktoForms2 script might not be able to detect that the form is already in the webpage.Does anyone know if this solution will work? I'd like to know now, rather than starting the work only to realise that it's impossible. Any help is appreciated.Regards.Alex

Fragments - The new feature in Marketo can be used in New Email Editor. It works like a snippet and you can create you headers and footers in fragments. Modules and snippets have been combined and replaced with fragments, which can be used absolutely anywhere – they can be dropped onto any column of any email or template. In New Email Editor, Fragment are like snippets, not ties to any specific template, and can be dropped to any column. Fragments have a Draft and Published status, and by default, fragments behave like No-Draft Snippets. Any updates to them automatically flow through to all templates and Emails that use that fragment, without triggering a Draft.

Hi, I am calling the payloads via webhook to post data from marketo to our internal server. I tried using webhook but when using field token inside webhook payload and run that webhook it is giving error 500 says json is not correct. can you please check the screenshot and error and help me what i am missing here?

Hi,   We currently have a Marketo and Zoom integration via launchpoint. But because Zoom does not allow you to organise two webinars at the same time we want to integrate a second Zoom account with Marketo via a launchpoint. It did not work and we found this on the Zoom FAQ pages:    'Important: Only 1 Zoom Launchpoint should be created and used for a Zoom account. Creating additional Zoom Launchpoint services will invalidate previous Zoom Launchpoint services and cause associated programs to not work properly with the integration.'   Has anyone else got experience with this? And if so - how did you integrate two Zoom account into one Marketo instance.   Many thanks, Greg
