Hi there,    We utilize Splash (splashthat.com) for our events. Splash does offer an integration piece, but it maps the form fields and integrates into the programs and tokens so that everything is synced. We have spent a ton of time trying to find a solution regarding all of the tracking that we are missing when using this platform and then last week found Flowboost for associating the lead activity. In the step-by-step instructions, #3 references appropriate token for the field containing the cookie value.    After trying so many things, our webhook tests keep returning cookieValue = "" and there is no value.   Would anyone be able to explain the appropriate steps in obtaining and/or creating a token for the field containing the cookie value?    

Hi   Just wondering if anybody else has noticed some changes to way Velocity script renders emails in preview mode:   1. It seems to display a 'default' version of the email even when no contact has been selected in the preview, I'm sure it used to only render when a person was selected in the 'View by'? 2. Is there a good way to integrate 2 factor authentication for Marketo?

Hi Team, I am new to Marketo and Adobe analytics. I am trying to explore "how to sync static List created in marketo to adobe analytics? Do we need to do some integration from marketo to analytics. We don't have audience manager in place. Without audience manager what all is possible from marketo to analytics and vice-versa.

When I send an email using an Email Template from Marketo, the content is duplicated. Why is that so?For example:-header -body -footer   -header -body -footer   Its showing the content 2 x times.    How can I fix this? Regards, Sara

Hi community!   Is there a way to see if all the API-role users are active and see all calls that Marketo receives?   I want to remove users that were created as a test or are no longer in use before I joined my company. Hello Nation!   As most of you know we have launched "Proximity Pattern" a new identification method for email bot activities. After 2 months of observation and analysis we have seen great results with the proximity pattern. We have seen proximity pattern is able to identify 3x - 5x more bot activities compared to IAB list. Following are the changes we have launched this week:   Update to Proximity pattern algorithm:  If there are clicks or open from the same lead at the same time i.e exact duplicates will not be considered in the algorithm. Also, if you have duplicates only one activity will be logged into your subscription To improve the accuracy of identifying bot activities we reduced the proximity pattern logic from 2 seconds to 0 seconds i.e when more than 2 activities happen at the same time i.e under 1 second, they are identified as bots. "Filter out" option is now available for the Proximity pattern: Now you can choose to completely eliminate the activities

Hello,  We have a B2B2C setup where we have one email address associated with multiple accounts / multiple subscriptions. Our need is to be able to send one email with multiple account details. Not all email addresses are associated with multiple accounts.So if the email address is - abc@abc.comAssociated with account # - 111, 222, 333if this person placed an order for 111 and 222 accounts on the same day, I want to send one order confirmation email with the qualified information. How can we do that?

Hello All,   So we've this business use case where we want to update the subscription preferences and other fields of duplicate leads when they submit a Marketo form on a Marketo landing page. However, from what I know is that the Marketo form submission will ONLY update that duplicate lead who've had a latest update on its data. And that Marketo will update the "Unsubscribe" field of all the duplicate leads with same email address.   What we want is:Lead ID : 1111, Email: abc@gmail.com Lead ID : 2222, Email: abc@gmail.com Lead ID : 3333, Email: abc@gmail.com  When Lead ID = 1111 lands on the Marketo landing page with a Marketo form, it should be able to update its preferences against its lead object in the database, and so should Lead ID = 2222, and lead ID = 3333. Hey guys, the search function in Design Studio seem to have gone a step backwards.    Example I have files naming convention: em_BlueBoats.jpg, em_RedPlanes.jpg   Previously I was able to look for files using only 'Blue' or 'Planes', but now I have to type in 'em_Blue' for results to show up.   ---- Also, when wanting to replace an image with a new file, I have to check box select it, then go to the top menu and click on 'replace' which is quite a long winded way of doing it compared to 'delete' or 'edit' images.

Is it possible to get the last web visits reportable in SFDC?  We want to be able to create a report in SFDC for each of the Sales reps to show the last website visit for leads in their territory, using the data from Marketo Sales Insights. See the image below:

Is their a way to add Adobe analytics tracking pixels to a marketo landing page?

Hi, I'm not sure what's happening here, but I'm using Email Editor 2.0 to edit content of our emails, both through the WYSIWYG and via the HTML code editor in an editable text module.Normally it works fine, but I have noticed that if you have two words next to each other, with no space, and with an HTML tag in between, Marketo will add an extra space to the rendered output in browsers and email clients.  This space is not represented in the code, and checking the WYSIWYG and code after sending a sample, there is no space character that has been added, so it seems that Marketo is adding this space when it processes the email before sending it out.Example:example(strong)text(/strong)where the parentheses are greater than/less than and there is no space between any characterrenders as:example text(note the extra space between "example" and "text")So there is no space in the original code, or when it's rendered in the email editor, but for some reason it's being added in ALL clients and AL

Is there a way to create a list of 8-10 icons/images that would be used within a module? Something similar to a mktoList for text-color, or alignment for example.   I really have no idea if this is feasible, or worthwhile, but it's something that recently came to mind. Thanks in advance!
