Hi all,I'm relatively new to Marketo and would be most appreciative for your assistance. I am looking to turn an engagement program off by using the following steps Turn an Engagement Program On and Off It is my understanding what when change the program status to 'Off' then all emails will cease.  My main query revolves around what happens when it is turned on again. I have a campaign that has 15 emails over three streams.  When the program turns on again, will; - All existing members of the campaign will pick up where they left off and receive the next email in their journey?  They will not go back to the start of receive an email a second time? - All new eligible people will enter the campaign the next run of the entry smart campaign and start at email 1 when the flow dictates? Hi Marketo community,   I have an issue with a hidden form submission after refusing cookie usage (GDPR). If the visitor chooses to reject cookies or do not activate it through the setting parameters console, our Marketo form renders fine, but the data is not submitted when we trigger the submit button. In our case, we have a form validation script which allows (or not) to validate the form upstream if all the fields are correctly filled. Hi, I am trying to perform initial field mapping and I have fields on the lead/account level that Marketo does not seem to want to allow me to map together "Fields cannot be mapped".     I see that there are account & lead fields that are mapped together to a marketo field such as with "Industry", "website", etc...    I have a number of fields that are crucial to our business that need to be mapped the same way. Thoughts?

Hi All, I ran the A/B Testing on whole email. However, didn't choose any winner criteria because I have tested it on 100% audience. But in the final report Marketo has declared an email as winner with winning criteria as Clicks.    In the report, it is showing equal clicks against both the emails. Below is the dashboard view. Can anyone please let me know the reason behind this? Thanks.

Hello Community,   I believe I'm overthinking my logic and it may not be possible to achieve it my way.   Email is sent -> lead (who we already have certain criteria for in DB) clicks link -> goes to LP with a form -> completes form -> information emails sales rep.   Goal: to have one dynamic landing page that displays their associated regional reps information with a form that upon completion, will be sent to the rep. Each rep covers a specific region, which is already established in SFDC so we would know which reps info to display   Short of creating different LPs for each sales person, is there a way to create one LP and have the leads' sales reps information display based on, let's say, the leads identifying state?   I'm looking for best practice and cleanest way to accomplish this without so much clutter. Working on an instance that has already had many hands on it and is cluttered.   Thanks in advance!

I feel like there must be an easy explanation or solution but I failed to find it online. When we send emails, we include UTMs in the emails. We then get people filling out forms who are brand new people to Marketo, with these email UTMs attached to them. Maybe people are forwarding our email, or sharing a link with the utm attached. However, let's say they fill out form ABC on program XYZ. Program XYZ is saying only the capture acquisition if the query string is empty because we have other paid programs looking for downloads of the same content piece with paid UTMs. This leads to the said person having no acquisition program. I am wondering if it makes most sense to change it from "query string is empty" to "query string not contains (any paid parameters).Hope the explanation makes sense, thank you!!  Background: URL hidden fill is (URL Parameter) 

Hi everyone,   I have a client that recently noticed that she got waaaaay more clicks on links that included the UTM tracking parameters than the links where she forgot to include them. It appears that the links with utm_source and utm_medium get far more bot clicks than those without.   Has anyone else experienced something similar?

We're looking to launch TikTok Lead Generation Ads, but we need to make sure the leads can flow into Marketo. It doesn't look like there is a direct integration in Marketo and when I search online the only familiar tool I see is Zapier. I'm wondering if anyone is currently running TikTok ads and what is your process? Are there any other alternatives to Zapier?

Hello Nation! I have setup a smart campaign to trigger an alert to our Marketo users, once the instance hits 75% of daily API call limits.  Rest API :  /rest/v1/stats/usage.json   I want to extend this setup to the "Bulk API Extertact" alert too after reaching the limit of 500 * 75% = 375MB. Is there any Marketo API for the same?   @sanfordwhiteman  Any thoughts?

And if you do want to output, a full-fledged JS template engine (I’m partial to SquirrellyJS) is best.   But maybe you don’t want to deal with the learning curve of templates. Who has enabled Campaign Inspector and how much do you love it? I've just turned it on today, and already finding so much value 👏 ... especially for a start-of-a-fresh-new-year instance audit & tidy up. If you haven't enabled it yet, I'd definitely recommend. SFDC is going to require Multifactor Authentication starting in Feb 2022. Will this have any effect on the Marketo sync user's ability to login to SFDC? I found this comment when Googling but I'm not sure if Marketo uses the REST or SOAP API to integrate with SFDC.

So I recently received a picture of a handwritten list of attendees at an event we had...not cool. It's 2017 so I knew there was a better way. It didn't take me long to figure out Marketo has an events app - what is your experience with this app? Pros and cons? Looks like from just going through the docs pages that it doesn't work on phones, only tablets. It also looks like you can only mark people attended, not any other statuses.If not the Marketo app, what other apps do you use?

Emoji support in Marketo is, admittedly, somewhat arcane. You can use emojis everywhere: email Subject lines, HTML email content, landing pages, and even Text-Only emails. But you have to know how to embed them into your content.   Some parts of the email editor strip out emojis (plus other high-Unicode characters that technically aren’t in the emoji-data block) upon clicking Save; other parts discard them upon Preview. So it’s easy to get discouraged when you try one or two methods and emojis silently disappear — even if you use the HTML entity like ᐗ.   Sometimes people conclude that Marketo doesn’t support emojis at all. I understand marketo has the ability to BCC in a similar way to CC.   I have looked across the forums but I cannot find any instructions, is this possible to do? If so, would anybody be able to give some set-up advice/instructions?   This is just for a small campaign so there is no worry about killing mailboxes!   Thanks.
