Hi,    I saw another thread on a similar topic but my question is slightly different. I was checking my email performance report & consistently across multiple programs, at least 1 selected email is missing from the report. When I go back in to the setup and select 'view selected' it shows me that 0 emails have been selected in the report setup: Once I've gone back through the motions of selecting the emails again, which takes so much longer than the previous method as every time I select 'show more' I'm sent back to the original long menu and have to find the campaign all over again - not a huge fan of this update. Anyhow, once all the emails are yet again selected, note there are 4 emails selected for this: Once I click apply & set the date range as 'all time' and then go back into the report, only 3 emails are showing which doesn't make sense because all 4 emails were definitely sent  This issue isn't unique to this program, as unfortunately I'm have the sa

We have a number of business use cases where we need to track Total opens as opposed to Unique Opens of emails.   Marketo has no facility to do this (We all know Forward to a friend does now work and is not appropriate in these cases anyway)Has anyone had any succesful experience of integrating other Pixel trackers in their emails, such as Segment.io or similar in their emails that they can recommend?

Hi -- I know there are some old threads on this, but creating a new post to see if anyone has any ideas/suggestions.   We have recently rolled Marketo embedded forms onto our website. The forms load very slowly on the website (and sometimes not at all). When I clear my cache, the forms load faster, but by the next day, the issue pops up again.   The forms load fine on Marketo landing pages so I don't think there is an issue with the form itself, but rather the API. Any suggestions on ways to troubleshoot the problem?   I tried inspecting the page in Chrome and opened the network tab (as suggested in another post), but I am not sure what to look for or what could represent the cause. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!    

Is it possible to have a form on a landing page, which is usable, and not live?   I have built a form which triggers an email. But I don't want this form visible to anyone else outside of Marketo.   I know you can noindex/nofollow the landing page URL but is it possible to have the webpage offline, but the form usable?   Thank you!

Munchkin script has been successfully added to our website (Non-Marketo pages) which I know because the Visit Web Page and Clicked Link on Webpage is being logged on a known record Activity Log as it should.   The problem is only the first page is being logged – rather than each page of the process with each corresponding webpage appended with these identifiers: …/shopplan, …/planlist, …/select-dental, …/review-quote, and …/viewplandetails.   However, it does capture that page activity if you manually refresh the page. From what I understand, the platform is a Single Page Architecture (SPA) application, and it doesn’t do page refresh for every step.   I’m being told by the web team, “This will need adjustments on Marketo configuration to capture DOM level changes to identify and apply flows in platform and capture all pages. Rather than have a “Page Refresh,” we would recommend reconfiguring to identify a “DOM activity,” for a single-page architecture, as the trigge

Hello all,   Does anyone know how to edit the meta title of the web page email? I am new to Marketo, could someone help us to check whether this scenario is possible or not? We have a lot of Smart Campaigns on Marketo, where we have programs with Smart lists and Flows, so now we want to change a lot of attributes in the smart lists and flows, is it possible to update them using Script or API? I am mentioning the values in the highlighted red boxes below. Appreciate all the help.    

I'm looking to assign leads from Marketo. In my program, I already have a flow and the first step is "Sync to Marketo" for the bi-directional sync from SFDC to Marketo. After that step, I want to assign the lead owner, which would be the better flow action? Change owner? Or Sync Person to SFDC? I'm having trouble understanding the difference. I'm currently using Change Owner and it seems to be working just fine, previously I was using Sync Person to SFDC which was also working just fine. 

Hello,    I was wondering if there was a document available to brief in the creation of Marketo Email Nurtures? Furthermore, this would be utilised by the wider marketing team when briefing the creation of nurtures to the person building the assets, program etc in Marketo.    Cheers, Jacob 

Hi - We have started using Adobe Analytics and CID as our URL tracker of choice.  I am new to using the CID so please excuse my inexperience.  I've been assigned to determine the channel, source, medium etc. of about 300 leads by only using their CID that we began capturing since August, via a hidden field on our forms. We still have GA URL tracker fields hidden in all of our forms -- it was wonderful to easily determine campaigns, channels, source, etc.  and easy to report on how many leads came in through the various channels, etc. And as I mentioned, we have since then added another hidden field to capture CID - this is hell.  Since I am completely new to CID's are these correct statements? - that there is no industry 'cheat sheet' to reading a CID because each company can organize them any way they want. - every value is separated by an underscore.   - there can be infinite values depending on the set up of a CID With that, has anyone out there su

Hi guys,    I am trying to add a field that keeps historic information and can be exported in a CSV when I export it from the contact/lead section, so it has to be Lead Custom Field.   Is there a way to set up the Data Change trigger or the flow like something "{{lead.CustomField}} + {{lead.New.CustomField}} to keep old data but add new one?  Thank you for your help.

In order to upload javascript file to design studio (for use on landing pages), we have to switch from New Experience UI to classic experience UI. We recently saw that classic will no longer be available after March 2023. Will New Experience allow for this upload soon? 

Hello everyone! We're migrating from Hubspot to Marketo on the company and using Global Forms. When I have to add only one on the page, everything is fine, but there's a specific page with a tabbed interface with four forms, and I have no idea how to add the same global form multiple times there. I know there's a solution to add the same form multiple times, but since I need to use a redirect and change the CTA text script, I am still trying to figure out what to do. Marketo's documentation on this isn't very clear for me so I'm hoping someone can help.   We have one Marketo form that is embedded on multiple pages on our website.  The internal stakeholders would like form fills to include the url of the page the person filled out the form on, so they can tell which pages are getting more form fills. The pages do not have querystrings in their url's so I'm not sure parameters will work for this.   Is there a way to get the url into a hidden form field?   Otherwise I guess my other option would be to create smartlists and use the referrer constraint to split out each page the form is on.

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help here. We have recently migrated from Pardot to Marketo but I've been having issues with my email links displaying an error message and I can't figure out why. I've asked support and they haven't been able to help me so far and I've tried a number of things but it's still displaying this error: Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from info.burfordcapital.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID   Has anyone else seen this? Is there something obvious I'm not looking at? It seems like an issue with the SSL but Marketo has assured me SSL is fine. What else can I do? I never had this error with Pardot.

I'm currently in step 2 of activating SSL for all our landing pages. I started hard-coding https infront of our URL references and I've got a few questions regarding the process.Our landing pages use CSS and JS files that are uploaded in our Design Studio, but they are also referred via http instead of https. Examples of URL structure: cname.mypage.com/rs/3XX-LGL-4XX/images/app.jscname.mypage.com/rs/3XX-LGL-4XX/images/custom.css Do I have to edit the path somehow or will it be updated automatically, like images uploaded to the Design Studio?
