I want to generate (or use existing QR codes) for each person who registers for sessions within an event (each person will have ONE QR code, but can sign up for multiple sessions). We need those QR codes to generated before we send a confirmation email and then create a pdf for print out. The QR codes will be used for check-in at each session that someone attends. My client is using a company for the QR code scanning and I believe they want a certain number passed through when scanning the QR code that they then will put into a spreadsheet and deliver to us post event so we can upload the attendees.    Can someone walk me through how this will work? I'm pretty confused on the process.    Thank you!!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why the Form Name from Facebook is not being carried over to our Marketo system? I've mapped the "Leadform**" field to a custom field named "Lead Form Name" as you can see below but nothing is coming through for that field:    The goal of this was to have the Lead Form name pass through to the Marketo contact record. Based off the bold text shown below the mapping options, the Leadform** field should be representing a built-in Facebook Tracking Parameter.    Can someone help me with this? Thank you in advance! 

Hi,   One of my clients is looking for some help with their email.  They are having issues with SPAM.  They are having trouble getting off of a blacklist - some of their IPs are continually ending up on a specific operator. They are a Gsuite shop, no MAP installed yet, they use MailChimp every so often and Outreach. I've tried a couple of things, but it has gotten to the point where they just want to talk to an expert.   Anyone have interest in helping out or sharing some things to try?   Thanks, Mike

Hello,   This should be simple enough, but, alas, not for me. I have tried figuring out the correct JS code but am failing miserably.    I've embedded a form on this landing page: https://promos.ovstravel.com/redweek-retail-agent-trigger-page.html   What I'd like to happen is that when either "Yes" or "No" is selected for "Is the member a Property Owner" field, I want the other checkbox to remain unchecked. What I'm seeing now is that both boxes can be checked.   Additionally, the field below that (Agent Trigger Email To Be Sent) is dependent on the field above, and I don't want those dependencies to be affected. For example, I made it so that if "Yes" is selected for Property Owner, the "RedWeek Agent Sweepstakes Email to Owner" will be shown, and if "No" is selected, the "RedWeek Agent Sweepstakes Email to Non-Owner" will be shown. And, if neither "Yes" nor "No" are selected, both emails will be shown.   Can someone please share the code framework

Hi,  Our company is moving to a new CMS tool and they started to test the Mkto forms and they are not loading. When I see the embedded code, it's showing a relative URL instead of an absolute URL. i'm trying to redesign a legacy scoring model and one of the paramenters i'd like to score is webpage visit we have say 5 most important pages we want to score pageA +5  pageB +4 .... pageE +1   each page visit to be scored once week. i've created 1 smart campaign with the following settings: if visited webpage contains /our website/ chage score: pageA +5  pageB +4 .... pageE +1   however, i than realized this means that if the user visits 2 pages a day one after the other only one (first) will be recorded under such settings which is not what i want   i want to score all pages once per week   if there a way to set such conditions without having to create 5 separate "visit webpage" campaigns for every page serapately with a "lead can run though flow every 7 days" rule?

Hi Community!   We want to send personalized content recommendations to our users and upload HTML snippets for each one via API into a textarea token on Marketo. But, we're wondering how we can track link clicks inside this token. Basic question here, but have a Velocity script where the output copy uses '$' to designate dollars. Is there anything special to do so this doesn't break anything? I've tested and it seems to work, but I know in Velocity that designates a variable so want to ensure it is just straight text and doesn't potentially do anything weird if my copy is like "Payment Per $1,000" and in the script it considers "$1,000" to be a variable.

Hi All, I am working on an application which fetches the daily changed data from marketo to build out some information on our product dashboard.  I am facing problem with fetching all program members which were updated from the last sync.  We need to filter it by program Ids.  Is there a way we can know all the programs who have program members association which got updated in given time frame?  Right now i query using the programs which got updated from last sync and only fetch program members for those programs. But I am not sure is it the correct way

Hi All,   We are in process of using Predictive content and while enabling content discovery under account settings we are able to add subdomains. It would allow us to add a domain that is not part of Marketo integration also it does show under url patterns.   Curious to know if we will have to get our other domain integrated with Marketo in order to able able to get the content discovered.   For example domain with marketo is : www.example.com can we use newdomain.com and enable RTP tag on this domain to be able to get the content auto discovery enabled or we will have to get the "newdomain.com" registered with Marketo Subscription.   Any insights will be helpful. Hi community!   I have a Google Sheets document with data from different sources that will enhance my database, however, I tried using Zapier but it breaks if there are more than 10,000 rows. They literally told me "It’s likely that much data in a GSheet will cause issues/errors in the Zaps."    So, does anyone knows of a solution for this scenario?   -Raul

HiDoes anyone know of a way to see how many emails each person in Marketo is receiving?I know I can look at a person's activity log but that would take a very long time to do that individually for every person. I'd like to see a report that shows every person within a filtered segment (or the entire database) & how many emails they receive in any given time period eg per week.Is that possible?Cheers

I need to update a minor thing on a snippet. This snippet is used in almost 12,000 assets. I need to use the "update all" behavior  because I can't manually approve 12,000 assets. I have the "No Draft" permission enabled in the admin page, and if I try to approve other snippets, the "update all" option is available.    It says this option isn't available if dynamic content is changed, but this snippet is static both in the current approved version and the draft I've created.   I can't figure out why the "update all" option is grayed out when I try to approve the snippet. Any ideas?

I have a program with 24 streams. I need to deactivate 5 streams and add 2 more streams with new emails. All other streams will stay the same. However, I learned there's only a 25 limit. I don't want to delete the streams in order to keep the history. So I cloned the program, deleted the 5 streams and added the two new streams.    My question is when I turn off the original program, how do I make sure that everyone who's currently in the program completes all the streams and no longer qualifies for the cloned program?

Hello!   I am looking to see if there is a way to create a custom URL for each individual lead that is in a campaign. We have PartnerRef codes to webinars (for tracking) but could soon shift to a UTM code. Either case - we would like to utilize a customized link per lead to track who is registering for a webinar by the specific group they are associated with (not necessarily who they are employed with).   We work in the insurance industry and some webinars are for our broker's clients - so we need a quick/easy way to track who registers for these events based on who the broker invites (so the email/domain are not usable fields to reference in the webinar registration).   Any help is appreciated. Not really sure what I am doing wrong but my Bulk Member Import is failing. Hello everyone, I have a question regarding a setup that involves using multiple CRM systems and marketing automation platforms connected to one website. The website contains Marketo forms, and the data flows to a Salesforce (SF) instance. Additionally, there are Pardot forms on the same site, and the data flows to another Salesforce instance. Since the website has four language versions, there are four versions of the same form. My specific inquiry is whether we need separate SF/Marketo campaigns for each version of the form. Your insights and advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.      

Hello,    My company has historically had a process to create an account and a contact for new leads which enter SFDC (even if the lead does not qualify to an opportunity). The lead would naturally follow a standard qualification process and eventually either be converted to an opportunity or the lead stage would change to reflect (recycle, uncontactable etc). With the implementation of Marketo forms this practice would not be viable due to duplicate persons in Marketo. As a result, the company decided that all new leads which entered SFDC will be converted to a contact as a first step (by an inbound sales team) when synced from Marketo to SFDC. Whether the lead was an MQL, SQL or an opportunity would be created etc is irrelevant, the converted lead to contact would then move onto qualification and opportunities created after this action occurring. Hello everyone,   We have been experiencing 404s on URLs added to our Marketo emails for a while. The issue is not with all the urls, it just happens randomly.
