Hi,    Looking to create unique signature for 10 of our sales leads. Are there any resources on how to do this step by step using the Email Script Token? Thanks in advance!

I installed the Compute Formula service per this user guide all initially looked well, until I attempted to execute an AIO Compute Formula step.  I set up a few string fields as input fields for the service, but no matter how simple of formula I supply, when the AIO Compute Formula step executes, it fails and produces the following error messages: "Skipped Choice had one or more invalid tokens" "Choice had one or more invalid tokens"   Would anyone know why it would produce this message?  Is there an easy way to validate the installation of the AIO Compute Formula service?   Here is how the service appears in the Service Providers page:   Service setup details with incoming field mapping:   A screenshot of the simple task I created:   Activity error produced by the step:

Hi all,I accidently overrode an inherited token, which moved it into the overridden category. Is there a way to change this back so it inherits the token values from the parent campaign?Thanks!

I'm trying to create a form where if the user selects a certain value from a dropdown field, their information will be sent when they click Submit, but then a second form with appear with additional optional questions. If they select anything else, they'll just get redirected to a Thank You page.   Note: I've had the discussion with the team about using dynamic fields and just having the optional questions appear at the bottom of the first form if they meet the criteria, but since it's already a pretty long form, they think it will lead to greater form abandonment and would rather capture the required information first.   I have this working in pieces - when I load the first form the traditional way, the conditional logic works where the form is hidden upon Submit (prepping for the next form) or redirects. Hello! I aborted an one-off email AB test that was in process because I didn't mean to schedule 50% of the audience to receive the "winner". The "winner" send was set to go out later this week and the other half of the send sent yesterday. Does anyone know if I aborted the AB test before the second "winner" send went out, will it still send later this week? The hope is no, but want to confirm.

I'm using the script for a multipart form from this post: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/can-we-build-two-step-form-in-marketo-by-using-custom-javascript/m-p/184216#M132431   I am using it to create a multi-part form that functions as a quiz with a contact panel at the end to be sent results. For the quiz part I have a single radio button group in each fieldset and make that radio button required through the javascript settings variable so users have to provide an answer before moving to the next question.   When I do that, I am getting a browser console error:  TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'parentNode') when the code tries to apply the required field setting to the radio buttons. Hi All, I am looking for somewhere to host a secure form. The form I am looking to build will trigger an email, based on the input.   I.e. (basic explanation).   Reciever email address: Email line 1: Email line 2:  Email line 3: Email from address:   Once this form is complete, it will build the email based on the tokens and send the email to the inputted address.    Now, hosting this form on a Marketo landing page means that if someone in the 'outside world' were to get hold of the URL they would equally be able to trigger an email from myself. I understand you can Noindex and Nofollow the web page, but if for whatever reason they got hold of the URL, it's still a risk.   Is there an option with a Marketo flow to trigger some sort of authorisation once an email is built. I.e. the email 'sender' receives an email with the preview of it and the ability to click a button to release it.    Or is there a more secure way to lockdown a marketo lan

I'm working on an invalid email notification system for local Marketo users, so they would be notified if a record with an invalid email address is created and preferably they need to take action and fix it in Marketo otherwise the record gets deleted after 2 weeks (with many reminders). However, in the alert email I send them, I would like to keep the option for them to mark the record "OK for deletion" right away, so if they click on this link they are redirected to an LP created for this purpose.   On the LP, I prefilled the hidden email field from the URL (?Email=example), but here comes the part I couldn't get through:   So these email addresses are mostly broken (eg: asd@@examlpe;;com). This prepopulated value pops up an "invalid input" error message on the page (which it normally should), but in this case, I need these records to "go through"  the form submission process and get marked with "OK to be deleted". Hellou community! I have a problem when I create a smart list. Through an integration I have with Salesforce, I receive emails that are empty, so I want to create a flow that eliminates people who have empty emails. When I create a smart list or in the same smart campaign I put the "Email" with the attribute "It is empty" and I go to review the pages of people I see that if it brings people who do not actually have an email. But when I go to the next pages, I see that it brings me people who do have email. I don't know if it could be an error in the instance or in the list. But in the instance we have, the only field that this procedure for email is called "Email" which is the field that I bring to validate that the emails are not empty. I don't know how I can make a filter and make it exact, where it only brings me the people who really don't have an email so I can delete them from Marketo. I appreciate your help

Hello Community   I am trying to set up a preference center and we do have fields, 'unsubscribe all' and then unsubscribe 1, Unsubscribe 2 and 3 and so on.  I am trying to look for a solution where if a person click on 'unsubscribe all', all other fields are also ticked in the preference center form.  We are able to set up in the flow if someone click 'unsubscribe all', others are unsubscribed.      

My client wants to remove crm completely . They are using CAS crm . Can anyone help me to understand the drawback. Can we use marketo standalone. Do they need a CRM system to host B2B/B2C data or if they can’t just have this in Marketo. Any suggestions.     

I am working on a survey form in an email. I currently only have two visible fields, but want to populate the person's information using Marketo Tokens. I have the form setup with the fields like this: When checking the form filles I am getting "not provided" for this data. The person exists in Marketo. Any ideas why this is not working?

Hi,   We want to update our all marketo forms at once. We have come across this article​ about making this update in bulk via the API. For that we are using the Postman API platform. We connected Postman and our marketo instance, but the form is not getting updated. Please anybody who knows the process or step-by-step process please help us.
