Our team has successfully implemented the OneTrust cookie/consent manager on our website, including the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" cookie. Now, we're aiming to integrate this "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" OneTrust cookie with a field in Marketo, to avoid adding any "Do not sell" people to certain campaigns. I'm reaching out for technical insights or tips from someone has has managed to integrate the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" cookie with a Marketo record and field, and potentially other consent segments from OneTrust to Marketo. Thanks in advance for any help on this.Bart

Hi,We will be creating new roles for our Business which provides them the access to delete assets in Marketo. Before providing the access, we need to document the risks associated with deleting the assets (reports, forms, templates, images, landing pages, snippets, segments, lists, marketing assets) and share with our Business team. Can someone help me with providing any documentation related to this ? Marketo uses a tracking pixel to register email opens. This pixel is being picked up by screen readers as an indiscernible link. I would like to know if there is a way to hide the pixel from screen readers without disabling open tracking.

Hi All, The Landing page performance report is not showing the traffic that came from social media, as you can see in the screenshot below, it shows "0" values in the Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+ columns.  Have you ever experimented with this issue and do you know the solution?Is there any extra step I have to do to add values to these columns? Thanks!Arturo  

Have any other users in Australia dealt with a high number of hard bounces from Bigpond addresses? We have a recurring issue where Bigpond throttles our sends at a certain volume, meaning a proportion will be delivered successfully but then the remaining will be held as suspected spam, eventually getting hard bounced. This doesn't happen on smaller sends but does when it gets into 40-50k+. We have workarounds of breaking them up into smaller volumes and spreading them out across different times, which seems to work ok, but wondering if there's a more sustainable solution out there?  We use the Everest deliverability tool to check our emails and it never flags anything, so it does not appear to be related to the content of the emails but purely about the volume.  Our SPF/DKIM is set up and working too. We don't have this issue with any other domains. The pattern is never consistent either as we can see the same address bounce one day then work the next. Som

We've been working for a while to get our Best Bets, My Web Activity, Anonymous Web Activity and My email to display correctly in our Dynamics 365 CRM instance. Unfortunately, even escalating to higher levels of engineering within Marketo we still can't get this to work correctly. We've installed and re-installed the MSI solution and did everything with the MSI/Adobe documentation but it's still not working.  My concern is there's some obscure MS Dynamics setting/permission that isn't necessarily in the documentation but we don't have correct that's preventing Marketo from populating these entities in Dynamics.  Has anyone seen this issue before? If you currently have this working correctly in MS Dynamics were there any problems with Best Bets and other entities/views? 

We are not seeing the Marketo > Best Bets section on the left navigation bar of Dynamics. We already went into the solutions > marketo main best bets view settings and all are activated. Anyone else have tips on how to get it to appear?

Does anyone have plans to use the Microsoft Power Automate Marketo connector once it is out of preview mode? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/marketo/ I'm keen to learn how people intend to use it and if anyone knows when it is going to be released.

Hello Community,  I'm seeking guidance regarding the Google/Yahoo Spam Protection changes coming into play Feb 2024, in particular, I'm reviewing the requirements  for 'senders whom send 5000 emails per day' and the SPF and DKIM email authentication and has a few queries I'm hoping you can help with. Email sender guidelines - Gmail Help (google.com)  - Am I correct to assume that Google/Yahoo is referring to a companies entire domain where guidance mentions 'senders whom send 5000 emails per day'? As in an entire email domain such as including internal and external email broadcasts, marketing comms, etc - Regarding the '5000 per day' - how is this defined? for larger marketing campaigns, we may send in excess of 5000 emails perhaps once per quarter which would include gmail/yahoo email addresses, so not every day, but occasionally. In this case, is the recommendation to still set up both SPF and DKIM?  Thank you Cathy

hi all, long time no post (maybe I'm finally getting the hang of Marketo?!) hope all are well.in essence, we are plugged into an internal crm/db via api, and after much arm twisting are now aloud to add consents from other means (outside of this). i am wondering how we are best to handle these new leads' in marketo please?our IT team are very strict and want the internal db to be the single point of truth, but are allowing us to put in new leads via third party methods (and will hopefully facilitate this because i've not a clue), but i am wondering about how we'll handle this from a program point of view if possible please?how am i best turning this cohort into consenting leads (just like the ones we get via api from internal db)?i've found the 'person was pushed to marketo' filter i can use on the smart list, but not really sure where to go from here. Any help much appreciated as always.thanks & kind regards, Mike

I have nested several programs in an engagement program stream. If someone doesn't qualify for the current program cast I want them to move ahead automatically and see if they qualify for the next program. And so on. I've read that they don't move on until the next cast but that could be too long. Is there a way to move them ahead automatically?  For example:Someone doesn't qualify for program 1 and it checks to see if they qualify for program 2 or program 3, etc. during the same cast. And it moves ahead until it finds a program that they qualify for. All during the same cast without waiting.  Is this doable?thanks,

Hello,We're looking at moving our event registrations from our Kentico CMS to Marketo to take advantage of automating emails and integration with Zoom.I know that form fields tie to a specific Custom Field like "First Name" and this gets added to the program data for that Lead's registration. My question is: If a Lead registers for Event A with a First Name of "Bob" and then registers for Event B with a First Name of "Bill" within the program data of Event A, would the First Name of that Lead be changed/updated to "Bill"?We tend to have multiple events and webinars running at the same time and someone could possibly register for more than one. Our departments like to have the registration data, so I'm looking into how to handle data if a Lead registers for more than one active event?

What is changing?   Currently, Marketo Engage Forms use jQuery library version 1.x when embedded on websites. In our next release beginning on January 9th, 2024, we will be updating the jQuery library used by forms2.js to version 3.7.1.   Why is this change being made? The currently used jQuery version has security vulnerabilities, is not sufficiently supported by browsers, and has reached the end of it’s supported lifecycle. jQuery 3. x offers enhanced security, better performance, smaller file sizes for faster loading on slow networks, ECMAScript 6 support, and several other advantages.   What customer action is required? If your company’s website loads its own version of the jQuery library, and your website uses embedded Marketo Engage forms or forms2.js, it must be updated to support jQuery library version 3.x.   When must customers make the change?
