BCC:
- Use for legal and compliance-related archiving.
- Enable only for critical communications where a copy of the email is required for audit purposes, not recommended for general marketing communications.
- Note: Using BCC is counted against your licensed message volume.
- Limitation: You can define only one BCC email address per channel configuration.
Seed Lists:
- Use for internal quality assurance and message monitoring.
- Marketing managers can add their team members to a seed list to check that sent messages display correctly (layout, active URLs, text, and images).
- Seed list usage is not counted against your licensed message volume.
- Limitation: A seed list can contain a maximum of 300 email addresses.
