BCC:

  • Use for legal and compliance-related archiving.
  • Enable only for critical communications where a copy of the email is required for audit purposes, not recommended for general marketing communications.
  • Note: Using BCC is counted against your licensed message volume.
  • Limitation: You can define only one BCC email address per channel configuration.

Seed Lists:

  • Use for internal quality assurance and message monitoring.
  • Marketing managers can add their team members to a seed list to check that sent messages display correctly (layout, active URLs, text, and images).
  • Seed list usage is not counted against your licensed message volume.
  • Limitation: A seed list can contain a maximum of 300 email addresses.
