You can configure the following in AJO, which may be helpful for your requirements:

1. Journey Configuration: By combining Condition and Wait activities, you can schedule notifications to be sent at specific times or on particular days.

2. Campaigns: Schedule campaigns in AJO to be sent at specific time frames.
