Send single profile down multiple paths at the same time

Is it possible to have a single profile go down multiple paths at the same time? In the attached example, everyone in my audience meets the criteria for path1. Some also meet the criteria for path2, and some meet the criteria for path3. We want those who meet the criteria for path1 and path2 to process at the same time. Is this possible? We also want those who meet the criteria for path1 and path3 to process at the same time. 

It seems as though this is not functioning how we would like it to. It looks like if your profile meets the criteria for multiple paths at the same time, you will only go down the first path - not multiple.
