Which activity would be rendered?

There is no method (except human factor 🙂 to manage conficts between AJO and AT campaigns?

Hello @michael_soprano

I have not tried this but technically speaking:

  • If it is deletion/change of element then the first activity to load will win because 2nd activity won't find the element to delete or overwrite.
  • If the action is to append content then both experiences might show on the page.

I think is it a process/business questions. Why would someone use 2 different platforms to update same element? and If it can be done on one platform why to use two platforms?

As such, there is no integrated native system today that works across both AJO and Target to fully arbitrate conflicts automatically.

When Adobe Target and the AJO Web channel use the same web real estate for personalization, the AJO experience should take precedence—but only because the AJO platform governs the decision‐making and ranking when it’s configured to run on that real estate.

So you have to use workflow, exclusion groups, or set up priorities on both sides and monitor overlap.
