Question

Hi,  Need to move the Email campaigns with are live from one environment to other what can I do for it? Thanks in advance

Hi @hrya

You can use sandbox tooling to move audience and content templates, then create campaign in the destination sandbox with the objects moved from the source sandbox.

Sandbox tooling for campaigns - Availability date: April 3, 2025

You can now copy campaigns across multiple sandboxes by using package export and import capabilities. Campaigns are copied along with all items related to the profile, audience, schema, inline messages, and dependent objects. Some items are not copied, such as decision items, data usage labels, and language settings.

Hello @hrya ,

so far you can move live journeys but not campaigns. Only way is you can export audience, templates to your other environment through package.

Then you can create and publish the campaign.
