Yes, Quiet Hours  work for Event Journeys.In Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Quiet Hours are configured as part of the Business Rules framework and are applied at the Action level (the message itself), not the trigger level. This means it doesn't matter whether the profile entered the journey via an Audience Qualification or a real-time Event; the rule will still govern when the message is sent.
