Personalization with Product Schema

Hello community,

I'm interested in personalizing an email using a product schema from my catalog. However, I'm facing challenges in finding this information within the datasource or in the HTML editing options of the email. Is it feasible to personalize an email using a product schema?

Use audience enrichment and add product attributes https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/audiences-profiles-identities/audiences/audience-orchestration/composition-canvas.html?lang=en#enrich. These enriched product attributes can be accessible in a campaign email for personalization under audience enrichment.

 

 

Note : enriched attributes can be used for personalization in Campaigns only as of today not in Journeys.
