Offers - Simulation - Profiles not showing

Hi,

 

I am able to see the user profiles under "Customer" section in AEP

 

 

 

Same not visible in "Offers - Simulation" section, please let me know what am missing ?

 

Note: Schema base class : XDM Experience Event, schema does not have "profile test details" field group, can i create custom field group same as that and add "testProfile" field ? will it works ?

@arunla is that a test profile?  you can simulate offers to a test profile only.

@anuhya-y  yes its a test profile, uploaded csv file with test user details, i can see the user data in dataset.

can you do a profile lookup and see if the identityMap has the namespace populated that you are looking for ?
